How it all started…

Hello! I’m Kyle, Owner and Operator of M15 Tech Services, LLC. This company was started in 2025 as an avenue to provide part-time affordable professional IT consultation services and solutions for small to medium sized businesses and institutions in SW Michigan in my free time.

I’ve worked Field IT support and IT Systems Administration in an Enterprise manufacturing environment with dozens of North America locations ranging from large manufacturing plants to product distribution centers and sales/executive offices since 2009. My roles majored in PC support, physical data infrastructure, server/application administration in physical and virtualized environments (VMware), Microsoft 365/Entra cloud along with on-prem Active Directory, analog/digital and SIP voice systems, wireless implementation, mobile devices running enterprise applications, digital signage, and audio/visual solutions.

Over the years of my business travels I have encountered small and medium sized business owners that have voiced the frustrations of needing IT help with their systems, be it upgrading or implementing new, but they don’t know where to look or what they even need to begin pursuing their technical business enablement idea. As I kept hearing these stories over the years it dawned on me that there was a pretty hefty need for affordable IT services in my area and I began to brainstorm how I could help, even if part-time.

I bring over 15 years of professional IT experience in a multitude of categories to the table, but mostly the desire to enable Michigan community businesses to prosper and remain secure in this new Technology Age with reliable, customizable, scalable, and affordable IT solutions for any type of business.
